Hi Sarah, yes, you can absolutely use almond flour, or use half and half! The same ratio will work as these two are very similar in baking.

Such a good recipe, Martina! I’m glad I had some leftover pumpkin puree to make this. Added a bit more walnuts and some chocolate chips for topping. Definitely a keeper!

I think these were ok but I’m not sure about the walnuts, I think the taste is a bit too “walnutty” for me. Do you think that using part almond flour would work? I really liked the texture, I’m just not loving the walnuts. Would you use the same amount?
