Thank you! I think it may be too thick and won’t be as smooth, it depends if you like chia seeds in smoothies. If you do, you might need to add a splash of water and only use 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds.

Of course! You could add some protein powder – just make sure it’s isolate, not concentrate if you want to keep your carbs low. Or you could use collagen powder.
