You could use a small amount of sweet potato but keep in mind it contains 2-3 times more carbs than most winter squashes so it may not be the best “keto” option. You could still include sweet potato if you’re not strictly keto.

Thank you Lisa! And yes, the psyllium powder used here is essential for the fluffy, airy texture. You could have a look online, I get mine on Amazon. By the way, I recommend you buy the whole husks and powder them at home in a coffee grinder or a food processor. I’ve had mixed results with pre-ground husks and some of my breads turned purple or were really dense. I think that some brands over-powder the husks into a very dense powder so the fluffy texture can no longer be achieved.
