Thank you Lisa! And yes, the psyllium powder used here is essential for the fluffy, airy texture. You could have a look online, I get mine on Amazon. By the way, I recommend you buy the whole husks and powder them at home in a coffee grinder or a food processor. I’ve had mixed results with pre-ground husks and some of my breads turned purple or were really dense. I think that some brands over-powder the husks into a very dense powder so the fluffy texture can no longer be achieved.

These low-carb bread rolls are definitely staying on my list! Absolutely amazing, just like real bread?! I mean hubby couldn’t almost tell the difference and that says a lot! I can’t believe how fluffy they came out. By the way, is psyllium husk powder necessary? It’s just not always easy to find.
